How It Works

Aiken Outreach partners with teachers and guidance counselors in Aiken County high schools to identify students who need financial assistance for school-related activities.

Aiken Outreach’s simple four-step process to address unmet student needs: Privately,  Respectfully,  Responsibly, and  Immediately.

Because we are all volunteers, there is no overhead, all donations go directly to the students we are assisting.

Our Four-Step Process

Identifying a Need

A teacher, guidance counselor, or administrator recognizes a student who lacks the financial resources to participate in a school activity.

Submitting a Request

The school staff submits a request to Aiken Outreach detailing the need and cost.

Taking Immediate Action

Aiken Outreach quickly reviews and fulfills requests, ensuring students receive support as soon as possible.

Providing Confidential Assistance

The student receives the support discreetly, preserving their dignity and allowing them to participate like their peers.
